Peter Rogovin Founder And Managing Director

Peter Rogovin has over 22 years' experience as a marketer and consultant, building brands and business strategies in industries including beverages, supermarkets, home appliances, financial services, medical products, health care, electric utilities, and not–for–profit organizations. At Starwood, he was responsible for building Four Points by Sheraton, their fastest–growing brand.

Peter is also an avid Mets fan, which proves that a strong brand can maintain a loyal following no matter what.

Prior to founding Next Level SMG, Peter was:

Robin Korman Project Director

Robin Korman is an independent contractor and Strategic Affiliate of Next Level SMG. She is a marketing leader with 25-years of leadership experience at world-class hotel and credit card brands including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Hotels, Citibank Credit Cards, JPMorgan Chase and GE Capital.

Robin has expertise in building loyalty through brand positioning, modeling and CRM, increasing customer profitability, creating unique benefits derived from consumer insights and market gaps, building experiential lifestyle brands and growing ancillary revenue streams through partnerships and sponsorships. She consults on loyalty and marketing strategy to marketing agencies, private equity firms, membership-based businesses, financial services and publishing companies.

As SVP, Global Loyalty and Partnerships at Wyndham Hotels and as VP, Global Loyalty and Partnerships at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Robin pioneered loyalty and customer engagement strategies to acquire members and increase activation, stay frequency and retention and increase customer lifetime value. She transformed Starwood Preferred Guest from a "one-size-fits-all" point-accrual program to a customer-centric rewards and recognition platform based on proprietary predictive modeling, segmentation and targeting, significantly increasing ROI and customer profitability. Robin was also the  Global Marketing Leader for Starwood’s Aloft and Element Hotels brands.

She has held various marketing, advertising and public relations roles at JPMorgan Chase, GE Capital and Citibank Cards Services.

Robin has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Purdue University and an MBA in international marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is a frequent speaker on loyalty and customer engagement.

Denise Montgomery Project Director

Denise Montgomery is the founder and president of CultureThrive, a consultancy focused on organizational development, program development and implementation, audience development, and communications for arts and cultural organizations. Her clients have included the Australia Council for the Arts, Balboa Park Learning Institute, New Children’s Museum, La Jolla Playhouse, Nevada Humanities, National Performing Arts Convention, and WESTAF (Western States Arts Federation), among others.

Montgomery has held leadership positions at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego, as Director of the Denver Office of Cultural Affairs (DOCA), as Executive Director of the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts, and in the corporate sector. Montgomery’s work at the Denver Office of Cultural Affairs earned national attention and was cited in RAND’s Arts and Culture in the Metropolis report, which during her tenure ranked DOCA as one of the top two municipal arts agencies in the United States. The Create Denver program, which she initiated and launched, continues to be on the leading edge of creative economy work in cities.

Montgomery holds a B.S. in Marketing and Minor in Art History from Miami University of Ohio and was a Fellow with the Stanford University National Arts Strategies program for arts leaders in 2005. She serves on The San Diego Foundation’s Arts and Culture Working Group and is an active volunteer with the San Diego Regional Arts and Culture Coalition.

Neromanie Persaud Project Director

Neromanie Persaud is an independent contractor and Strategic Affiliate of Next Level SMG. She has led a notable career in strategic brand marketing, having spent the past 10 years creating and refining brand strategy and communications platforms for a range of client organizations across industry categories. These include Carlson Wagonlit Travel, The Conference Board, DoubleClick, Newcourt Capital, PricewaterhouseCoopers, PubSub Concepts, the Red Cross/Red Crescent Societies, Scholastic, Tata Group, Union Energy, Vivendi Universal and Zurich Financial Services.

Prior to working with Next Level SMG, Neromanie was a Project Director at FutureBrand Inc. and a Partner, Brand Strategy at St. Aubyn LLC. Her career began at American Express, where she was involved in strategic marketing initiatives, including the "Blue Box" branding of an acquired financial services business.

Neromanie graduated from Columbia University where she majored in economics and political science.

Bruce Felton Writer

Bruce is an independent contractor who works on projects at Next Level SMG requiring original writing or editorial services. Over the past three decades, Bruce's writing career has spanned an improbably broad range of industries, including financial services, advertising, healthcare, technology, real estate, energy, manufacturing, education and the nonprofit field. His freelance contributions to the Sunday Business section of The New York Times cover consumer issues, personal finance and the workplace. In addition, he has written for numerous magazines and newspapers, served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Borneo and placed 24,926th in the 1992 NYC Marathon. At Next Level SMG, Bruce supports project teams by crafting positioning concepts and helping to evolve client collateral materials to align with new brand strategies.

Bruce is the author of five books, including Famous Americans You Never Knew Existed and What Were They Thinking? Really Bad Ideas Throughout History (Globe Pequot Press: 2003, 2007). He holds a Bachelor's degree from Brooklyn College and a Masters in English from Cleveland's Case Western Reserve University.
